Latest new male enhancement products – SCAMS vs Genuine pills

Last Updated on August 29, 2023 by

Update 1:- If you need help in deciding which male enhancement product to buy, we recommend reading our comprehensive report on male enhancement pills.

Update 2:- We recommend buying REAL Sildenafil (ie. ingredient in ViagraTM ) in chewable form through BlueChew male enhancement. It’s no secret that many gas station and Otc sex pills are SECRETLY using sildenafil(viagra) in their pills. That’s why FDA keeps issuing warning against these products. So, why not go for real sildenafil (ie. ingredient in ViagraTM )  at an extremely affordable cost. Read our complete review of BlueChew here. (This offer is NOT available in the states of Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho,Louisiana,Maryland,Massachusetts,North Dakota,Oklahoma,Oregon,South Carolina)

With the market being flooded with a myriad of male enhancement supplements, it can be exceptionally difficult to differentiate between those that are authentic and effective and those that are not and only turn out to be male enhancement scams or/and gimmicks.

This is among the main reasons why so many men, although have the intention of growing their prized anatomy, shy away from it – they are skeptical for the fear of being duped by one of these unscrupulous pills and products.

On this page, we’ll list out the latest male enhancement products entering the market. And review them to help you identify which of those are genuine and which aren’t.

We can tell you right now that a huge percentage of penis enlargement and male enhancement companies are actually NOT worth trusting. Similarly those advertising their products as “impotence pills“, “erection enhancement pills” etc. are engaged in highly unethical marketing tactics and many among those even the bigger brand names avoid listing the side effects of their drugs, pills and products.

Some are even facing legal lawsuits due to misleading advertising or improper labeling of the ingredients in their products or hiding drugs like sildenafil in their pills.

Then there are free trial scams, which take your credit card info and then make it very difficult to cancel the product auto-ship program. And you end up paying way more with a free trial.

These kind of misleading offers have infested the internet and you may have even fallen prey to one of those companies whose advertisements you see all over the internet, tv and the media.

In this article, we are trying to build a comprehensive list of the latest pills entering the male enhancement industry and review if they are worth your money.

Latest/New male enhancement pills

1. Apx male enhancement

The APX ME, in some countries redirects to IBX (Instant Beast Xtrends) product, basically both are same products with same ingredients and exact same sales page. The product claims to have been featured on SharkTank. There are no genuine real reviews about the product anywhere and all the reviews websites that review this product seem to be from the owners or sellers of this product.

Verdict: Doubtful, shady, not worth your money

2. Rlx male enhancement

Another male enhancement pill, that just seems to be the copy of APX ME and IBX, with the exact same ingredients. There are no genuine real reviews about the product anywhere and all the reviews websites that review this product seem to be from the owners or sellers of this product. This is promoted by free trial and in some countries the offer redirects to another product “Health Sutra Max X“.

The Ingredients in an RLX Pill are exact same as in APX ME, according to information available online

  • Muira Puama Extract: The “Viagra of Amazon.” This increases your energy. So, you can go for much longer in the gym and the bedroom.
  • Asian Red Ginger Extracts: If confidence is your main issue, RLX pills will definitely help you out. This extract encourages relaxation and lets you get out of your head and be able to perform.
  • Saw Palmetto Berry: This berry packs a punch. It lets you last five times longer than normal and makes your orgasms more intense.
  • Horny Goat Weed Extract: There’s a reason for the name of this extract. It’s the secret behind having longer, firmer erections.
  • Ginko Biloba Extract: This extract acts as an aphrodisiac. It boosts your sex drive while returning the testosterone you’re losing each year.

Verdict: Doubtful, shady, not worth your money

3. Vital x9

Another copy of the APX ME and Rlx, with no real genuine user reviews available anywhere on the internet. Has exact same ingredients and also paired with another supplement XT Pro Blend, that is supposed to help build muscle along with male enhancement. In some countries the offer redirects to another product “Health Sutra Max X”.

It’s a possibility that the same company is behind the above 3 products.

Verdict: Doubtful, shady, not worth your money

4. Htx male enhancement pills

Contains Nettle Extract, Wild yam extract, saw palmetto extract. The ingredients are good but not sufficient enough and the product is marketed with free trial with no real genuine user reviews available anywhere on the internet. In some countries, the offer redirects to “X Last Plus”.

Verdict: Doubtful, shady, not worth your money

5. Man up

Man up now male enhancement is found in all of your finest gas stations across the US, and we happened to find it in a Mobil gas station. If you go to their official site you will see that you can order a 24 ct. supply for $42, which is pretty expensive for a male enhancement pill. Believe it or not, there are a number of online retailers that sell Man Up Now, but they tend to sell it at drastically different prices. Sears.com even sells it, albeit for a ridiculously high price of $64.

The ingredients in this pill are very unique but unfortunately not related much to male sexual enhancement.

  • Fructus Licii
  • Rhizoma Polygonati
  • Semen Ziziphi Spinosae
  • Flos Caryophylii
  • Cortex Cinnamomi
  • Semen Allii Tuberosi

A thorough review of the ingredients, the lack of consumer testimonials, and the fact that the company was caught injecting hidden ingredients like Sildenafil into their product and the FDA warned against buying this, it’s hard to recommend Man Up Now.

Verdict: Another shady gas station pill with hidden ingredient. Might work though, because of hidden Sildenafil (Viagra). If you need a Sildenafil based product, we recommend BlueChew over Man up.

6. Man xxl

If you search “Man xxl” in Google, interestingly you get all other products with either xl or xxl in their names but no actual product website of “Man xxl”. So, we can’t find anything about “Man xxl” , so it’s better to avoid.

However, other similar products like “Natural Male XXL” , “MaxErect XXL” , “AlphaMan XL”, “HorsePower XXL” etc. seem to be doing well on Amazon.com with good ratings. You can read about best male enhancement options on Amazon here.

7. UP2 pills

According to the official website, Ultimate Pleasure 2 (UP2) pills from Medmandistribution will help erase those conditions and restore you to having a healthy desire for sexual activity. If you are experiencing dryness and discomfort in the genital area, UP2 addresses that issue as well. You can use UP2 as a situational aid or you can take it regularly for its effects to last permanently. After taking a capsule with water, preferably on an empty stomach, you can expect the full potency of UP2 in one to two hours. The effectiveness of UP2 will last for up to 72 hours. So, if you take a pill every three or four days you will permanently enhance your sex life.

This product can be used by both men and women, and the company also sells another sex pill “Ondemand for him and her“.

Unfortunately for both the products, the company’s website doesn’t mention any ingredients list and then goes on to sell the product at a very expensive price of $55 for 10 pills, while most genuine male enhancement pills can come cheaper than that.

Also, there are no genuine real reviews about the product anywhere and all the reviews websites that review this product seem to be from the owners or sellers of this product.

Verdict: Doubtful, may work but very overpriced

8. Anamax

The only 2 Amazon reviews of this product, that we could find have been extremely negative. The product claims to contain Vit. E, Folic acid, Ginseng, L-arginine, yohimbine, zinc, catuaba bark, muira pauma, hawthorne berry, saw palmetto.

The product is marketed via free trials, and the offer directs to different pages based on the country.

Verdict: Doubtful, shady, not worth your money

9. Smx male enhancement

The product seems to be another knockoff of APX ME and IBX, although we don’t know if it contains the exact same ingredients. There are no genuine real reviews about the product anywhere and all the reviews websites that review this product seem to be from the owners or sellers of this product. In some countries the offer redirects to another product “Health Sutra Max X”.

Verdict: Doubtful, shady, not worth your money

10. Niterider

The published list of ingredients includes:

  • Damiana
  • Dong Quai
  • Black Cohosh
  • Vitex
  • Evening Primrose
  • Siberian Ginseng
  • Epimedium Sagittatum
  • False Unicorn Root
  • Red Raspberry
  • Hops

This is a gas station sex pill with weak formulation but they might be including sildenafil/viagra in their pill. There’s really nothing in Nite Rider Pills that leads us to making a recommendation in their favor. The current formula is lackluster to say the least. And a history that includes an FDA recall doesn’t exactly engender trust in the company.

Verdict: Another shady gas station pill with hidden ingredient. Might work though, because of hidden Sildenafil (Viagra). If you need a Sildenafil based product, we recommend BlueChew over Man up.

11. Mrx male enhancement

The product seems to be another knockoff of APX ME and IBX, although we don’t know if it contains the exact same ingredients. There are no genuine real reviews about the product anywhere and all the reviews websites that review this product seem to be from the owners or sellers of this product. In some countries the offer redirects to several other products.

Verdict: Doubtful, shady, not worth your money

12. Dmp male enhancement pills

13. Maximum power xl

On some reviews websites and also on Amazon, the product seems to have the following ingredients – Bioperine, Muira Puama, DHEA (converts to testosterone), horny goat weed, ginkgo biloba. There are no user reviews on Amazon.

However, in some countries, the free trial offer redirects to another offer called “Supreme Booster” and that is another knockoff of APX ME and IBX, with exact same sales page AND the exact same ingredients. There are no genuine real reviews about the product anywhere of either “Maximum power xl” or “Supreme Booster” and all the reviews websites that review this product seem to be from the owners or sellers of this product.

Verdict: Doubtful

14. Xyzol/xyzal male enhancement

15. Vital honey male enhancement

This is a very interesting male enhancement product, that contains unique combination of ingredients – Natural royal Malaysian honey, tongkat ali, cinnamon, Sturgeon caviar. However, the FDA analysis showed that this product may also contain tadalifil(ingredient in Cialis).

However, it’s also possible that the product that FDA tested was a fake/counterfeit of the original VIP vital honey.

Not many users reviews are available. So, maybe if it works, it might be because of cialis.

Verdict: A seemingly good over the counter male enhancement pill with possibility of hidden ingredient. Might work though, because of hidden Tadalifil (Cialis). If you need a Cialis based product, we recommend BlueChew over Vital honey.

16. Vitrax muscle/vitrax male enhancement

Reviews websites mention that Vitrax pill contains 3 ingredients – Boron, Tongkat ali, horny goat weed, which makes it a decent testosterone booster/male enhancement pill. However, the product is promoted through free trial and in some countries, the offer redirects to another product “Health Sutra Max X”.

Verdict: Doubtful, shady, not worth your money

17. Jet pro x

The product was supposedly featured on Shark Tank. The product seems to contain some useful ingredients that can help a little bit with testosterone levels but majorly it is a libido enhancing and blood flow increasing product. Overall, a weak T booster but a decent libido and sex pill.

The ingredients in Jet pro x-

  • Common Polybody (Polypodium Vulgare) – A fern used to increase penile sensitivity and prevent premature ejaculation. Research published in Science Direct found that polypodium vulgare contains a high number of phytoecdysteroids (natural plant steroids traditionally used to stimulate sensory nerves).
  • Horny Goat Weed (Epimedium) – A native Chinese herb used to treat low male libido and erectile dysfunction. According to WebMD, horny goat weed may halt the activity of enzymes that restrict blood flow to the phallus.
  • Longjack (Tongkat Ali) – Lonjack is a flowering plant native to Southeast Asian. Medicine men have traditionally used longjack to increase sexual desire and promote muscle vitality and strength. A 2014 Phytotherapy Research study found that this herb can increase total and free testosterone in older men.
  • Maca Root (Lepidium meyenii) – This edible herb serves as a natural aphrodisiac and libido booster in men. Studies have also shown that the plant may increase sperm count. Research published MedicalNewsToday found that men who take 1.5 to 3 grams (g) of maca root daily may increase their libidos over time.
  • Nettle (Urtica dioica) – Nettle is a perennial used extensively in traditional medicine. Herbalists believe that it stops the degeneration of testosterone and may work as an aphrodisiac. Researchers at Livestrong.com found that nettle may prevent the breakdown of free testosterone in the body, but you would need to consume a considerable amount of the herb to reap such benefits.
  • Saw Palmetto (Serenoa repens) – As an extract used to boost penile and prostate health, saw palmetto is one of the most well-known herbs in traditional folk medicine. Although saw palmetto is one of the top ingredients in supplements for prostate health and semen quality, researchers at the National Institutes of Health noted that the scientific evidence does not appear to support using the extract to cure any health condition.
  • Wild Yam (Dioscorea villosa) – Wild yam is an edible tuberous vine used as a natural aphrodisiac. Enthusiasts claim that wild yam can boost testosterone and alleviate the effects of aging. But according to Examine.com, there is no scientific evidence to support this fact.

The product isn’t available on Amazon.com but Ebay seems to be carrying it. Not many reviews are available.

Verdict: Overall, a weak T booster but a decent libido and sex pill. Not many reviews are available.

18. Vigenix

Reviews website mention that it contains Horny goat weed, tongkat ali, saw palmetto, wild yam, and nettle extract. However, the product is promoted through free trial and in some countries, the offer redirects to another product “Health Sutra Max X”.

Verdict: Doubtful, shady, not worth your money

19. Alpha q male enhancement

Another copy of the APX ME and Rlx, with no real genuine user reviews available anywhere on the internet. It might even have exact same ingredients and promoted through free trial. In some countries the offer redirects to another product “Health Sutra Max X”.

Verdict: Doubtful, shady, not worth your money

20. Alpha xr

21. Zygenx

On the product website, we’re given a list of a few ingredients found in ZyGenX, including:

  • L-arginine,
  • Saw Palmetto Berry,
  • Horny Goat Weed Extract
  • Muira Puma Extract

The exact quantities of these ingredients are NOT listed which raises red flag. And it’s promoted through free trials. When you couple these information gaps with the potentially costly autoship program (should you not cancel the trial in time), you can see this product is NOT worthwhile. Product reviews on Amazon.com are very mixed.

Verdict: Doubtful

22. Endowmax, Xytomax, Xanogen

All 3 products are owned by the same company and they even have the same phone order number. If you come across a review site that lists them together as best 3 male enhancement pills you know what it is – outright lie and deceiving consumers.

Verdict: Fail

23. Marathon 21 / Magna-Rx

Owned by the same company. We can only assume that Magna-Rx’s cheap ingredients have been passed on to the new product name called Marathon 21. Magna-Rx has had enough bad publicity in the past due to the lies. Just remember a $10 bottle can’t really provide the best results for boosting male stamina, nor much can be ensured regarding its safety.

Verdict: Doubtful, Extremely cheap as compared to other pills

24. Extagen

Some reviews sites claim that Extagen in the only product that works. We came to know that the owners of Extagen own those review sites. The Extagen product does work but we don’t think that they are the best in the market.

Verdict: Doubtful, Shady

Characteristics of male enhancement SCAMS

Wouldn’t it be nice to thrill your partner in bed each time she has an intercourse with you. And if you are one of those suffering from male sexual problems or experience any of the problems in the bedroom like premature ejaculation, lack of size or strength in erection or you want more volume or quality of semen, won’t it be nice if you could just pop a pill once a day and instantly enjoy more passionate, longer-lasting, satisfying sexual experiences.

There are all kinds of pills, products, topical creams and treatments for the male sexual problems and for enhancement of the male stamina and increase in penis size.

We have all seen the fantastic claims people make about getting their sex lives charged up using these products. Many sites on the internet chart out their own lists of “top 10 male enhancement”, “best male enhancement pills” and so on.

Men of all ages are lining up to try the latest miracle drug or sexual enhancement product. So, what makes up a male enhancement SCAM.

1. Ineffective or Harmful ingredients

Believe it or NOT some of the enhancement pills out there primarily have vitamins E and A and minerals like zinc as their main ingredients. While these vitamins and minerals are proven to enhance male libido as well as some effect in hardening erection has also been proven there is no way they can cure all sexual problems or increase penis size within few days which the owners of such products use to claim. It is ridiculous to believe that such products can dramatically enhance male sexuality.

Most of the other products that do use some effective herbal formulations do not have a balanced scientific formulation for best results. Some pills and products don’t have herbs like Ginseng, some didn’t have Tongkat Ali and so on.

Majority of the companies actually don’t have effective and good Manufacturing Practices nor an effective way to actually extract ingredients using any state of the art method.

Most companies also don’t seem interested in research and development or increasing effectiveness of their Quality control departments and laboratories. So, definitely the quality of the ingredients in their products is also questionable. No wonder most of such products do not work.

2. Highly unethical marketing techniques

James Vincent in his marketing book 12 month millionaire explains how he was able to extract most money out of the customers due to a specific “credit card” marketing and loopholes in the law. Here is an excerpt from the book which his staff used as a script to pitch their auto-ship program, and which is also the foundation of most male enhancement free trials

“And if you’re one of the first 200 people to order, you’1l receive FREE ENROLLMENT into our preferred customer club where you’ll qualify to receive a full $20 discount on all your future bottles of (product name). And so you don’t go without (product name) in your system, you’ll automatically receive a fresh bottle every 3o-days and your credit card will be billed the club Member Price of $39.95 plus $6_95 S/H- not the $59.95 fee non members have to pay. There are no minimum amounts of bottles to buy and you can cancel at any time. The number to call is XXXXXXXXX, and you can call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.”

The above paragraph is considered almost a sacred text of marketing, as utilizing it in his marketing campaigns, James Vincent became a millionaire.

This has also become almost a standard in marketing of products like penis pills.

Of course these are backed up by outrageous claims like the company guarantees 3-5 inches increase in penis size in just weeks! Stay away from any product or site that claims that.

Besides some of the companies have opened up their own reviews site that claim their product is the number 1 rated penis enlargement/male enhancement product while they themselves are the owners of such review sites.

3. Irresponsible and inadequate staff

Most companies do offer a refund policy or the option to cancel the auto-pay subscription program but lack a proper staff department that could take care of customer queries or refund problems.

This is exactly what happens when you go on to buy a cheap product. Their owners just can’t afford keeping proper staff to take care of their customers.

Besides, most free trial companies deliberately make it extremely difficult to cancel the auto-pay subscription and most of the times consumers have to contact their banks to cancel the charges levied on their credit cards.

Insider Enhancement Secret #1:

Many of the products and programs out there will tell you that they take 90 days ( or more) to work. Why? Often the money back guarantee is only good for the first 30 day shipment, or if they work on auto ship basis, you can’t get a full refund after the trial has expired. Don’t fall for this, these products might not only not work, they pray on sneaky verbiage and shady legalese to make sure they extract as much of your money as possible, minimizing returns and refunds as well.

Insider Enhancement Secret #2:

Creating high hurdles for you to get a refund is another trick many enhancement companies create to keep you a customer far longer than you’d like to be. Did you know that one of the largest male enlargement supplement companies required that their customers get a NOTARIZED letter from their doctor indicating that they were still small to get a refund, or to cancel the product? It’s true….and the owner of this company was fined 500 million dollars and sent to prison for 25 years in 2008 as punishment for this (and other) customer frauds.

Bonus Tip 1: Always make sure the return policy on an enlargement pill, potion or lotion is clearly identified and easy to redeem, and if possible, supported by a 3rd party processor or network!

Bonus Tip 2: If you search for male enhancement pills reviews or something in Google, there will be tons of sites appearing as legitimate review sites that actually are either owned by the product owners themselves or are highly biased.
