Return Policy
At Ultraxshop we are confident that our products are genuine and original, however we are also return friendly store and give you the flexibility to return the items; if you don’t like the taste of the product that you purchased in the last 14 days or it does not work the way you wished, please feel free to return the products. UltraXshop will not charge any restocking fee against your original purchased price.
The following conditions may apply! Customers are eligible for full refund if:
- More than one individually packed pill has been purchased (box purchases are eligible).
- Only one item out of the total quantity has been used.
- The returned items shall not be used, tested, unwrapped, broken, unusable or un-sell-able. The items must be in the conditions that were shipped.
- Any item with the text ‘No Returns Acceptable’ or of similar text that indicate buyers will not be able to return the merchandise will not be accepted for return.
Returns must be initiated maximum fourteen days after the post-office tracking number indicates the item was delivered to you. The item must be shipped back to us within 14 days from the day which return request was placed.
